Nice spa experience in Jogja, in a very affordable price. All products are organic & they give you bar soap after :)

This is a unique spa I ever know. It placed a little bit calm area, near Jl Kaliurang, but their interior, service and massage is the best.
For the excellent service they give, the price is quite reasonable. For one hour full body massage, the price is IDR 150,000.
If you want to explore Yogyakarta, call Saarah at noon, so your body will be refresh at the evening 😉response / report this review -

loved it! the massage was enjoyable and my massage therapist, Ika, was skilled. i’d say that the hole for the face on the bed was uncomfortably small, and i had to adjust myself several times to find a tolerable position. also, the pillow used is a tad too high.

Hari ini baru sampai flight dari Jakarta trus makan di Mediterrnea. Mau pijat lihat review massage recommended itu Saarah. Booking utk jam 13:00 trus jam 12:22 gocar ke Saarah. Jam 12:58 ditelp cs saarah, kondisi jalan di rs panti rapih. Dijelaskan cs kl dr rs ke saarah jika tdk macet 30 menit. Jd saya minta rescheduled jam 13:30. Cs mengajukan jam 14:00 saya setuju secara ga tau jalan. Tiba jam 13:18. Nunggu dong. Disitu saya baru tahu knp saya diundur 1 jam. Krn ada guest expat yg treatment 1 jam mulai jam 13:00. Halah. Saya sama suami, ibu mertua dan teman. Jam 14:30 dipanggil itu 1 orang dg alasan ruangan masih dibersihkan. Haissh.. sy ke cs complaint. Sejak awal saya minta 13:30 tp diputuskan jam 14:00. You give me no choice but to wait. Ybs minta maaf dan berjanji bahwa treatment saya free dan jam 14:35 saya dipersilahkan untuk masuk. Anjer. Sy udah bete banget dan ibu mertua udah cape nunggu. Kita lsg cabut wlpn hujan. Thanks for making my day. Review yang bagus ga menjamin perlakuan yg baik dan setara untuk semua customer.
Jawaban saya atas response owner:
Jika dihitung 30 menit kenapa saya ga bisa reschedule jam 13:30?
Saya telp jam 12:00 booking utk jam 13:00 dan direschedule jam 14:00 bukan jam 13:30 (sesuai permintaan saya) karena ada guest lain yg tidak booking minta di treat jam 13:00 (sy simpulkan demikian krn cs konfirmasi dulu kedatangan saya).
Disinilah saya merasa tidak diperlakukan "baik dan setara". Karena saya yg lebih dulu booking yg harus adjust dan menunggu.
Jika Saarah menggunakan Free treatment sbg pelayanan yang baik dan setara :
Coba dibalik, saya treatment jam 13:30 untuk 1 jam dan guest expat td baru bisa jam 15:05. Dan Saarah kasih free treatment ke mereka, apakah mereka akan terima.
Begitu.. Itu lah yg saya rasakan.

We had 2 days of normal massages after we came back from tours but decided to just bite the bullet and work the massage into our schedule. It was worth it and was an awesome end to our trip. Was top class service and honestly a cut above all the others on the lists that we were researching.
Perhaps only thing was that the spa does seem to end quite early at 6pm which does make it difficult to work into most trip schedule. Nonetheless highly recommended!response / report this review -

Had a wonderful couples massage here and we both really enjoyed it. The location is a bit farther than I'd prefer but there is a shuttle to go back to central Ubud for a small price.

We were looking for a couples' spa day and SAARAH was perfect! We booked a package only a day or two in advance, but still got free pickup/dropoff from a hostel in Maliboro. The Afterwork Relaxation package was absolutely blissful, including a lovely massage, a facial, and a full-body scrub. There's even a cute little garden in the back to relax in (although watch out for rain)! If you do a lot of high-end luxury spas/massages, you might not be impressed with the decor. But I'm willing to bet the massages here are just as good, if not better.
P.S. there parts of the torso that they won't massage for guys (they only employ women, as far as I know). But for women, they can do a fantastic full-body massage.response / report this review -
