Shoe box apartment such a small studio rental going for $800 - $1000. Seems to be overpriced rate. The lift entry and corridor needs Housekeeping. When enter the corridor to the studio unit the lighting is not bright. Is gloomy and dark. Needs management to buck up and do something about it to improve otherwise it looks like a normal apartment.

Unsafe condo with anyone can easily access. Swiming pool and gym room are seem like open to public, everyone from outside can use it. Lift,lobby,around condo are dirty. Lift in poor condition.Poor management,happened house break in and peeping cases.

It's an ideal place for INTI students to live if you don't want to stay in INTI's student hostel. They have a swimming pool, gym, and a tennis court. Equipments such as the elevator could use some improvements.
