Lokasinya strategis dan nyaman, hanya saja karena saya baru Kembali ke Samarinda lagi setelah sekian lama merasa sedikit bingung dengan posisi penyebutan lantai dan letak setiap tokonya, karena di tulisan floor biasanya GF, atau UG tapi kalo tanya security nyebutnya lantai 1, 2 dan seterusnya jadi bingung sih hehe, terus rada sedikit culture shock sama harga parkir, tenyata gak ada flat price gitu jadi pas keluar mau bayar parkir syok aja bayar parkir sepeda motor serasa kayak bayar parkir mobil di tempat tinggal sebelumnya 😦, tapi overall sih semua seru dan nyaman, oh ya sama satu lagi yang bikin aku sedikit gak nyaman sama musholanya karena tempat wudhu laki laki dan perempuan di gabung sedangkan kalo sedang ramai kan sedikit susah ya karena takut batal lagi dan anterinya jadi lama, itu aja sih, semoga kedepannya pihak big mall bisa menambah kenyamanan di fasilitas peribadatan nya

You've got tons of entertainment here from shopping to arcade, from fine dine to locals street food, from groceries to home appliances, electronics, theater, even for your banking solutions there's so many options that you can find for all your needs! It's surely a one stop shopping for all ages. The only problem is it's a huge place with so little rest area. You may need to take your most comfortable shoes to walk around. But overall,, it's a great shopping mall in town!!

The biggest mall in Samarinda and also the furthest from center of town (about 20m on normal traffic and 30m+ if there is a traffic jam)
Very accessible ENTRANCE for wheelcair and wheelchair parking. BUT a nightmare if you want to move from floor to floor with it. Because you literally have to ask for the security to be able to operate the elevator (a cargo elevator, there is no consumer elevator here). Sometime, it takes 30m+ for it to work. Which sucks

The only thing that came to mind was "what a waste" Unrealistic ambitions gone wrong.. Not sure if the people of Samarinda actually find this mall useful Some maintenance and retail jobs may surely be welcome

so far it's my favorite mall in city. It's the biggest. Still not too complete inside but so far i think the facilities here are quite good compare to others; the toilets always clean, parking lot is big, many places to eat from cheap to pricy one, the praying room is quite clean (except the join mushola; they should provide seperate place to women to take wudhu)

Nearest from my place, so many famous outlet n so much culinary place for hang out with family n friends..

But much outlet has been closed and to much tenant not open yet, unfinished building make everything look more poor..

Overall we still enjoying to shop right here but still need improvment to make shop more enjoy n fun..

A very huge mall just like it's name, BIG Mall. The most visited mall in the city and the biggest. So many options for shopaholic and food people. And the cinema is the best here in Samarinda. Top notch 👌

But it's still empty though. Many tenants still not open and the parking lot are still not opened fully. Just showing how big and grand the mall is if they fully open.

The biggest shopping mall in East Kalimantan and located on the side of Mahakam River. Near to Terminal Sungai Kunjang, Harris Hotel and Mahakam Bridge. Think again if you want to spend much time here because parking cost is very expensive. They also need to rearrange the way out for cars because of frequent traffic jams.
