Very unprofessional! Got a confirmed booking three days before only to find the car and driver not showing up. Called, called, called and texted without answer. 40 minutes past pick up time, they finally responded only to apologize for a “mishap”. Even though it is clearly their fault, they had the audacity to hang up on us in the midst of complaining. Stay away from this company! I feel really bad for the tourism/service industry of my country if service remains at this level. Reading reviews, such “mishaps” are not uncommon among rental companies in Malang/Batu. I picked this company because it has pretty good reviews, but it has bad apples, too, apparently.
