  中学校のみ経験。教師が教育者ではなく、教師をしたことがある人が違う国から職を求めて、たまたま採用され、教えているような感覚で、就業時間が四時までだから、それ以上のことはしない、先生への負担が増えるからできない等、心がないような対応で良くなかった。先生、校長間のコミュニケーションが大変悪く、情報が共有されていないため、何度も同じことを聞かれ、残念である。学校経営陣と教師は別のため、改善がしにくい体質。ESL, ESOLは どのレベルも同じクラスで非効率。

  Very professional school, with modern classrooms. International working team, both experienced and friendly. New management team with lots of communication with parents, feedbacks, coffee meetings Open-minded yet high-level education standards👍 Recommanded!
