  Visited this place during rush hour and it certainly has the most awful customer service ever! The female cashier was rather rude and unfriendly. Out of 10 lanes, only 5 are operative. The ball did get stuck in the gutter and the pin mechanism did jam too. If that wasn't enough, the whole bowling area is a smoking area! And no, they couldn't move our lanes even if we wanted to. This is the first and only time I ever visit and hopefully my last bad review here.

  Great place for bowling. Actually this is the one and only (AFAIK) Bandung bowling center.
  Some lanes has glitch, but in general it's playable.
  
  Tip : play with 4-5 players at 1 lane for best price ;)

  You should pay per hour. If pass some minits you should pay money for 1 hour.
