  The biggest and the most complete hospital in Samarinda. All health facility is mostly available and good.
  But it's really large, too large. It's really tiring to go from the parking to the inpatient room. The nurse use bicycle to go around the hospital.
  Some people said that the system is too complicated. This hospital is big but the service is not at that level. Sometimes you have to buy prescribed medication on your own. That just really lazy service. Dirgahayu Hospital is far better in term of service and hygiene.

  Long bureaucracy, unnecessary paper things is no longer the main issue to these day. They're struggling to give the best services correspond to their motto: health is the basic need to everyone.

  Suster ruang bersalinnya GALAK2, pa lagi yang tua sok dah pengalamanorang kesakitan mau melahirkan dibentak2
  
  Kasir yg mengurus masyarakat miskinnya suka semena2
  Apalagi yg jga apoteknya tuh galak sama orang gak mampu,klau ada yg ngambil obat.
  
  Tpi selebihnya sudah is the best sekarang
