Websitenya HARUS sering2 diupdate!
Saya bawa anak saya berobat, diwebsite jadwal dokter jam 11 tapi pas saya dtg ke RS ternyata dokter praktek jam 13.
Kasian klo pasien anak kecil nunggu 2jam!
Lengkapi mesin ATMnya! BCA sm mandiri itu mutlak harus ada. Masa ATM BCA g ada??
Yg bikin emosi reda cuma karena dokternya baik, menenangkan pasien & thx God bgt g dtg telat.
Dokter/RS HARUS minta izin dulu jika ada anak2 kedokteran yg sedang belajar ikut dokter memeriksa pasien. Walaupun saya tidak terlalu merasa terganggu tetapi saya tidak nyaman karena di ruang periksa banyak sekali orang.
Seluruh petugas RS dikasih pelatihan service exellence, agar lebih ramah dalam melayani pasien. Satpam, cleaning service & karyawan pihak ke 3 jg diksh pelatihan tsb.
Sistem di farmasinya coba ditinjau ulang & diperbaiki. G ngerti kenapa klo nebus obat di RS ini LAMANYA minta ampun! sampe2 saya malas klo nebus resep dokter di farmasi sini. Sayang juga kan buat pihak RS jadinya duit melayang.
Oya catatan y buat pihak RS, kemarin saya mkn siang di kantin yg dekat pendaftaran buat pasien2 BPJS. ada 1 pengunjung yg MEROKOK di kantin. Selain merokok dia juga 'hoek cuih' & seperti mau muntah. Bayangkan di kantin yg seharusnya bersih dari hal2 spt itu tapi ternyata membuat resiko penularan bagi pengunjung/pasien lain. Saya apresiasi ada 1 satpam yg berani utk menegur tetapi tidak digubris oleh pengunjung tsb & satpam tidak ada tindakan lagi. Seharusnya pengunjung tsb dibawa saja keluar dari kantin.response / report this review -

Please, if you want to use patients as examples for medical student learning, CAN'T YOU REQUEST PERMISSION FIRST? Especially if you make actions related to examining the uterus. Traumatized, angry, irritated, watched by 4-5 people like experimental animals, even though they pay independently, the hospital is rude!

Handling in the ER is fast, and
2x I was pregnant with ultrasound from 0 to giving birth at the Sumber sane Hospital with Doctor Hendrik Sutopo by caesarean section using BPJS.
The doctor is very friendly and kind, very serviceable and doesn't sell drugs.

Entering the ER, you have to swab antigen and then PCR up to 2x. The results of the swab depend on the cost, if you pay for 1x24 hours, the results will come out. If it's free, the results will take 3-4 days longer. Waiting for the results of the swab to be combined with the patient (+) covid with the reason being full (chaotic). The logic is that the patient who drops can still be infected with the (+) if he is (-). For BPJS patients, be prepared to be often disappointed when checking or consulting with doctors (several doctors are late for various reasons). Fix moved my final Rs.

My mother is elderly, a BPJS patient, the nurse is really mad, when I came on the 3rd day, the cloth to cover my mother was wet and there were blood stains. Then a nurse came in. I immediately asked for a change of cloth, she said "a moment, ma'am" but she didn't come. Another nurse came in and I said again that my mother's cloth was very wet, asking for help to be replaced, this one said "STOP BU ONE" because she was carrying notes, I don't understand. Eh, until my sister came that night, the cloth "NOT" was changed gosh.. this is outrageous nurse.. UNJIS!!! THAT'S ALL YOU ARE THE SAME PATIENTS OF BPJS!! SEVERE.. SIN AT YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY!!
HOPE MY MOM GETS HURRY UP AND DOESN'T COME BACK TO THE HOSPITAL.. ESPECIALLY THIS MODEL Hospital.. GELAAAYYYresponse / report this review
