  The service is slow, my own rapid test cmn said I waited 30 minutes, uh, 1.5 hours, the results were not out yet. When asked, the reason was that it hadn't been printed and had to wait another 20 minutes. Doctors and administrators lack coordination

  Rumah sakit swasta yang berada di jalan trans Sumatera lintas timur, yang menjangkau masyarakat di wilayah Pandau dan Siak hulu. Secara administratif masuk dalam kabupaten Kampar, tetapi secara geografis masih terjangkau dengan kota Pekanbaru. Rumah sakit ini juga menerima semua pasien baik BPJS, umum, TNI POLRI. Tapi sayang dokter yang praktek di rumah sakit ini masih sedikit. Dan fasilitas masih belum memadai
