  Came here to accompany my pregnant sister who need to consult about her liver function. Even though the location very far from our home, it is really worth to travel. We met dr. Arles here, one of very few KGEH specialist in Pekanbaru. Good service and consultation.
  
  The only complaint is about the long queue bfr consultation. Earliest number you get when you make appointment is 21 onwards, number 1-20 is for the patient who come directly to the hospital on the appointment day. However, still I got number 17 when I came to hospital at 07.30 am and the registration just opened at 07.00. Just met the doctor at 02.00 pm (more than 5 hours waiting which not really comfortable for my pregnant sister).
  
  If you plan to make a visit to one of doctors here and live nearby the hospital, better you make a registration first at 07.00 am so you still can get early number and no need to wait too long.
