  Paliat (kelapa liat) @rm paliat tabalong hj. Mariam, south borneo, indonesia, mean thick coconut milk. The gravy made from thick coconut milk, keffir lime, kunyit (curcuma domestica). Commonly served with baung fish (mystus), patin (iridescent shark) and giant river prawn.

  Makanan olahan dari santan kelapa bercampur limau kuit. Rasa rugi bila kekota tanjung tak menyicipi makanan ini, olahannya maknyus dan bikin nambah..setiap kkota ini, pasti tak ketinggalan slalu menyicipi..harga relatif, tergantung jenisnya, jika hanya ikan patin, baung seporsi sebesar 40 ribu tapi klo udang galah, agak mahalan dikitlh..pokoke dijamin puas menikmati makanannya
