  I have been here few times and quite pleased with their foods taste and service but this time I am not.
  For a place selling a food based on WEIGHT, you think they keep good track on which fish goes to which order. Turns out it is not that good.
  I ordered one big chunck of stingray and two big guramee fish (today all the fish are small so we choose it carefully).
  
  When we (my dad and I) arrived this place is quite empty so we place our order for takeaway and wait for them to grill it.
  While waiting, lot of customer came and choose their fishes and so on.
  I saw three plates of fish ready and the staff pass two of it to waitress.
  
  Waited for quite long time then I check my watch it is already 20mins from my receipt time.
  So we ask about our fish and the cook said your fish already done hence the panic begun.
  The staff in charge of taking care of the plate and packing the fish talked in their language (not bahasa indonesia).
  He told us this one on the plate is our fish but we know it is not because it is small.
  The cook seems a bit concerned but there is nothing he can do and we do not want him got hated by his colleague so we choose to not inform the boss.
  
  When another fish is done and the staff want to pack it, he got stopped by the other staff signaling him to wait for fish that is on the grill since it is bigger although it is still smaller than our chosen ones.
  In the end we got small one and a bit small one thanks to the staff that handle the packaging.
  
  At this point I am a bit lazy to return to that place. Maybe sometime if my mood is better or maybe not.
  
  Attached photos is one showing my receipt and one showing two packaged small guramee fish which one of it got swapped for bigger one later.

  We enjoyed our meals, we had the spinach, tempeh and tofu, fried chicken with spicy coconut sauce and dim-sum.
  We enjoyed the food it was a good price, the portions where a good size. I didn’t enjoy the dim sum but that was just me. If back in Padang would happily eat here again.

  Located in city center area near beach but not have a beach view

  Bumbu cukup kental dan rasanya lezat. Tempat juga cukup bersih.

  Menu sih enak. Tapi pelayanan parah!
  Nunggu ikan bakar aja hampir 30 menit.
  Begitu ikan sampai di meja, nasi n pesanan yg lain malah belum datang2, jadi masih harus nunggu lagi. Padahal karyawan nya cuma duduk2 aja dari tadi, n lagi ga rame orang juga.
  Begitu di komplen karyawan cuma bilang "mau gimana lagi pak"
  Shame on you!!
