Hotel yang enak dan bagus . sayang temoat parkirnya dikit. Tapi nanti dibantu pak parkirnya buat parkir di badan jalan. Apalagi kalo pas ada acara atau event tertentu. di hotel pasti bingung nyari parkiran . tapi lokas ini jauh dari indomaret terdekat . di indomaret terdekat ada atm jadi bisa ambil uang disana

Used to be good but maintenance has been lacking. Rooms and amenities are rather worn out, some corridors are dark and damp. Good view, adequate parking space, quick check-in process, nice and friendly staff. Note: mobile phone signal reception around the hotel is quite poor especially Indosat and Excelcom.

Pros: Big hotel, well built and decorated, beautiful garden, spacious with large green field.

Cons: Since it's quite big some part of the hotel is not treated well adn needs painting, the temperature is already cold for me so there is no air conditioner there, but I think some guess might need it

Very tranquil one. I got a last minute booking for this place and find that they are surprisingly comfortable. Quite well maintained for a hotel in Tretes area. They have swimming pool, jacuzzi, and garden with kids playground.

The room is clean and tidy, but the mattress is a bit hard. Don't expect so much about amenities, so better bring your own toiletries here. They have TV cable, but mind you, my room didn't have AC.

The hotel itself is kinda funny, their reception is ABOVE (said, on the 7th floor) and to go to your room you have to go DOWN through the elevator. Some cutleries are sold in reception area, and birds, and plants, too.

Overall this is not a high end place, but if you bring your family for a weekend getaway from Surabaya, it worth the price.

Stunning view once you get into the lobby. Neat, cozy room with natural air conditioning (pretty chill throughout the day). The view from the room is amazing but the foods aren't that great.
