Parah banget ga ada Bell boy, tidak bisa check in karena grup sebelumnya terlambat check out.
Pelayanan hotel cukup lambat. Di front office diajak komunikasi tidak punya sopan santun, malah salah seorang resepsionis perempuan masuk ke dalam dan membiarkan kita menunggu cukup lama tanpa ada kejelasan.

Ada ayam depan lobby hotel, tidak terurus dalam sangkar yang kotor. Sepertinya sudah cukup lama tidak di bersihkan. Kasihan apabila binatang dikurung tanpa diperlakukan dengan kasih sayang, ndak usah pelihara binatang apabila memang ndak niat pelihara

many variety of food, delicious. the view is mountain. good when travelling with children, there is swimming pool and playground. not far from tourist places like jatim park, alun alun, selecta, etc. cheap enough when using online transportation.

A very good hotel to stay with excellent service and very welcome staff. There are many attractions near by. The room is very comfort, the location is very fresh. The price is quite expensive within it's standard. But overall, a cozy and recommended hotel to stay while you are in Batu 😘

Royal orchids is one four star hotels in Batu City.. It is located in a highland, near by Panderman hill. We can enjoy the gardens with fresh air in quite cool temperature. There is a big swimming pool and children play grounds in here. Good choice to bring your family..

Couldn’t say enough of how satisfied we are with our stay at this hotel. First of all, the hotel offers great mountain view. Second of all, the amenities and facilities in this hotel is second to none. From the small safari area to the beautifully designed swimming pool area, everything complement your stays here. Breakfast buffet here is not to be missed!

I have not stayed here, just a couple of times there are events or meetings, and often swim here. This hotel is clean and comfortable. hotel management just need to do a renovation because some parts of the hotel already seemed old-fashioned.

Quite hotel with wonderful view. They got wonderful pool and some kind of a bird park.
The meal at the restaurant is good.

It's very nice to stay there with all families, because there are many rooms with many types of rooms like hotels ($uperior/Deluxe/Executive Suite/President Suite) and Condominium (Dendro White/Catalaya/Catalaya Family/Catalaya Deluxe/$weet Family), so there are many choices for the type of the room we want to, near the main Street of Batu City and also Warung and Kedai

Staying in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The room was ok since I booked the executive room, but yhe wifi was so poor and the breakfast is not complete. They only serve the egg station during weekend. I kinda upset with the facility in the pool, my kid was swimming in the afternoon and when we askes for a towel they said it was out of stock and when we were swimming in the morning the towel is still in a laindry they said. I have to yell at one of the staff just to get a towel. Its so uncomfortable for me. Next time i visit batu i dont think i want to stay in this hotel again.

spent 3 nights at this condo -old style building and architechture - and overal were quite good experience i like the location near the village and has beautiful mountain view. some improvement needed : breakfast menu and hotel facility.
