Magnifique Endroit à Ubud
Nous sommes restés 12 jours ..merveilleux.
L'hôtel est au top, mais l'équipe encore plusle cuisinier, l'accueil, les équipes de chambreLe Royal Kamuela equivalent a un 5 étoiles en Europe.
Un petit mot + particulier pour le Barista Merta (un artiste et d'une gentillesse incroyable) et à Icha meri à l'accueil..
L'Hotel va proposer des chambres plus accessibles en prix dès juillet et de nombreux autres services.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff was the best part of the experience. The rooms were also extraordinary. The pool was much bigger in person than the pictures show. The hotel also provided an option to hire a day driver versus haggling with one on the street. Overall, this place was amazing and I would highly recommend to everyone.

We stayed at two other 5 star hotels during our recent vacation, and Royal Kamuela was right up there with them! The staff and their service was outstanding, breakfast is delightful, and the location of the villas are perfect. You're right in the heart of Ubud, walking distance from the best attractions.

What a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was amazing. Very attentive. The room was exceptional - private villa with a pool. Breakfast on the patio and visits by monkeys. For us a dream come true.

Possibly the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. "Room" is not even entirely accurate - each room is a private contained villa with a bedroom, outdoor dining area nad private pool. Right in the heart of Ubud, Royal Kamuela was a fantastic home base. We will return and stay for more nights next time!

I loved the place, so well positioned in the city. The architectural design of the villa and pool by its solution and size were beyond the expectations. Very good service. Worth to experience by all means. Bonus: you don't need to go to the Monkey Forest as they can visit you in the morning by themselves:)

Must stay! Excellent location, great staff with knowledge of the area, excellent spa and food, service was bar none exceptional, and the villa was excellent with great private pool. Must try to private villa dining experience and the 2 hour massage. The experience was Grand and only regret we did not stay longer. This was our first stop in Bali on our honeymoon.

Could not be happier with this property. Possibly the best stay ever worldwide. Rooms are incredible. The only downside is you don't want to leave this quiet oasis in wonderful Ubud (Bali). The staff, spa, coffee shop, and room are all just too inviting to want to leave.

Very nice place with a wonderful staff. Ask for anything and they will try their best to take care of whatever you need. It is also a great place to have a private mo key show in the morning but be careful what you leave out when they are around.

Excellent place in ubud. We had a villa with private pool. Great Spa. restaurant is awesome. Very very close to monkey forest. Special thanks to the staff. I definitely recommend this place.

Had a great time in the Royal Kamuela. Rooms were clean and well-kept. Individual pools at each villa were very well maintained. Place has 12 villas and it was very quiet at night. Breakfast and afternoon teas were delightful. No full service restaurant in the hotel, but there are many, many nice eating and drinking establishments along Monkey Forest Road.
We had monkeys visiting our villa every morning at about 7:00 a.m. (looking for food). That was fun as well.
The place is within walking distance to many nice tourist areas. I would stay there again.response / report this review -

We has a nice and relaxing stay. The room was really nice, and clean. The private pool was relaxing and nice. The morninf breakfast was big, and delicious. WiFi was very fast. Service was always great. Locatiob was central. Nothing bad to say.

Location, service and beautiful surroundings. The staff leave you with the feeling that nothing matters more than the enjoyment of your stay. Nothing is too much trouble and they truly understand what makes your holiday both easy and memorable.

Disappointing. The photos on the Internet did not reflect the villa we stayed in; peeling paint, water damage, stained upholstery, etc. I'm surprised by the other reviews. Kamuela desperately needs some maintenance. The staff service was the biggest disappointment. For example, staff did not respect our privacy on a number of occasions (e.g. knocking on our door and calling out despite having the 'Privacy please' sign on our door). This is just one small example of many. No turn down service our last night (and after speaking with the manager about the poor service) was not a good way to end our stay. Kamuela does not meet the criteria for 5 stars. Royal Kamuela Villas was definitely not a relaxing and luxurious experience as we expected.

We had a great stay here, the staff were so helpful and friendly, they all seem so happy and want to make sure you have a good time! We will be recommending this place to all our friends, and recommend that you book the romantic meal in your villa! You are right in the heart of Ubud and they have some brilliant day trips you can book from reception

Excellent private pool villa, very comfortable atmosphere for honeymooner like us, you feel like king and queen..:) , all staff very helpful and give us memorable experience. Villa location near the famous monkey forest, so some time you will see cute monkey surrounded the villa.
