The food is very good and the restaurant looks very nice, but I'm wondering if the waitresses are all trainees because they have no clue what to do.

Pizza was ok, however seefood was good. Quality price is ok. To get 5 stars, service quality should be improved and some food quality as well.

Slow service, rude staff. Ordered some drinks and starters which were really overpriced. Called the waiter for ordering main course, before we could say something, he asked us if we were ready to pay. Worst experience in Bali.

Very slow service, had to wait quite a lot for the staff to attend us. Unapologetic staff. Would not recommend that place.

Worst experience of our Bali trip. We ordered a pasta which was half cooked, and bad taste. Pizza was rubbery. Worst of all the staff was mannerless and unapologetic.
Bali is famous for its people and hospitality but the waiters here were terrible.

Lovely live music and great ambience attract passersby to this restaurant. Slightly upscale, it offers authentic Italian cuisine and alcoholic beverages. The pastas are rich and creamy and wholly satisfying. The mock tails however leave something to be desired.

Very nice location of this "italian" restaurant. Service was particularly bad on rhe night we visited, but we hoped that the quality of food would make for it. Little we knew..food was just awful. I would bot recommend spending so much money for terrible food.

Nice location and atmosphere but service and food not as aspected. Especially the 'Italian Burger' was awful. Be very specific during ordering, staff is slow.

Read Leon Lee's report. He's perfectly right. And they calculated me reasonably more than on the menu prices online. Eg. Risotto allo Zafferano online 160k, i got charched a 220k!! The service is great but also I got shocked when I saw the bill, therefore no tip. Sad for the people working there.

Service was good but food only 2 stars
The pizza was completely burned on the upper side. Tasted like lasagne
Too expensive for this food quality

Stopped by for few drinks, pretty standard and prices are higher than other bars in the area. Nice enough to sit inside, could do with AC though. Quick service.

Amazing Italian food. Awesome cocktails. Brilliant location. Not the cheapest place to eat by Bali standards but my girlfriend and I had a $120 meal that would have easily cost over $250 in Australia (appetisers, mains, lots of cocktails)

    MUST READ BEFORE EATING HERE.

Alright the food here looks really good and the taste is not bad but pasta here is abit undercook and slightly hard. Me and he misses just wanted to grab something nice and small didn't want to spend more then $50 aud but in the end after we got the bill it came to 7,850.000 idr which is about $78 bucks this hidden service fee and tax came to a shock, we even plan to give them a small tip as the waiters there were really friendly. Food was so so nothing wow besides the plateing. Wouldn't go back again feels abit dodger and scammed for tourist.

This place is awesome because there is non-stop music (EDM, jazz, etc). I love the location of this place (in front of Kuta). The foods are reasonable remembered that this place is amazing.
Minus: the pillows on the chair and the mattess was very dirty and wet when I got there.

For budgeting purposes and 3 people work on a minimum of 600k rupiah at least 300 k wont do. Staff friendly with good english, menu well Italian in Bali good sauces, taste- value was not what I would have hoped in terms of price. There was some live music and food was not bland. There is an air conditioned section.

Had lunch today with my family and ordered a Spaghetti. It looked delicious but once I ate it wasn't cook. It was stiff and yellow. When I complained to the waitress there all she had to say was "we cook this al dente" obviously she doesnt understand the meaning of 'al dente' . Very dissappointed especially when we order for 6 people. I will not go here again.
