The taste of noodle stock is fresh in the mouth. The price is cheap around 13-14k. I like the ronde, the taste is not too sweet and the ginger is not too hot.

Warung ronde sekoteng yang legendaris di kota salatiga. Lokasinya agak tersembunyi karena di belakang pasar salatiga. Tapi karena sudah cukup terkenal jadi sangat mudah di cari.
Menu ronde nya unik, beda dengan ronde di kota2 lain.. di sini juga ada mie kopyok dan batagor rasanya juga enak.
Sangat di rekomendasikan untuk di kunjungi.

Delicious.
Price range 11-14rb. Not so sweet and not so ginger.
For me i prefer little sweet and have the rich taste of ginger. But its still so delicious.

Dont forget to ask the direction. Because the place little hidden and must be by walking or motor. Car please park in the main road.

This place is soo amazing, theres classic and vintage feelings about it, the taste of the classic indonesian Ronde is definitely spot on, the person there is super nice and i would really reccomend this to all of you, if you come to Salatiga its a must to go here and feels the old Salatiga inside here with Classic Vintage feelings, and if your too cold in Salatiga you can warm yourself up here too. overall this place is amazing!

Best ronde sekoteng I ever find - one very reason to keep visiting to Salatiga

You won't easily find 'Ronde Jago' as it is located behind shops along the main street downtown Salatiga. Search via Google navigation and when you're near, ask people for the exact location.

Be patient as the cafe often packed w/ customers while drinks are still prepared in manners similar to at least 35 yrs ago.

We call this cafe "Ronde Jago". It provides traditional tasted ronde (ginger ball drinking). Every weekend this cafe is full and many customers should wait for the seat for more than two hours in a queue

If you ever visit salatiga, ronde jago is a must to try. Cheap price with delicate taste will satisfy your love for authentic foods like this. Other than that they also serve batagor, noodles etc. The place is not easy to find as you have to walk a few meters into a narrow alley from the main street, but since its very popular, all you need to do is just ask around. Only warning is keep some coins as there will be occasional street singer coming.

Supposedly historic shop that offers wedang ronde, a kind of hot ginger beverage. Located literally inside a marketplace. Very crowded in public holidays but the service is so slow. They say the beverage should be good but I really don't think so. Hard to find parking space and not exactly a hygienic place as well

If you like wedang ronde ( hot ginger drink with mochi, peanut, seaweed, etc), you should try this one. Rich flavour, many ingredient inside, make you guess what inside your mouth now, they also serve other drink and snack. Regarding the place, its not big, i think only for 10-18 person at the same time, and the position of this stall is inside the public traditional market

I used to hate "ronde" but luckily I know Ronde Jago who serves "ronde" in their special way so that I can enjoy it. Ronde is a sticky rice ball with nuts filling, served hot with ginger soup. You can ask for a cold one but I prefer hot ronde.
