Unclean and uncaring, untrained staff. Give this place a wide berth..not recommended at all. Issues of cleanliness pointed out to manager who was unwilling to accept responsibility and remedy the issue. No idea about what good hospitality isstay away if you prefer clean hotel and responsive staff.

Very poor quality and service. When we arrived at the room, it wasn't cleaned, stain was left on the seat, no towel, no toilet paper and air-con was bad- not cool nor cold.
I moved to another hotel near by after an hour consultation on moving to another room. They are the same.

Very limited parking, room was given dirty, sink in washroom clogs, breakfast was always the same, yellowish beddings and towels. I'm giving 2stars as the room was quite big

Comfort, clean, strategic location. But electric socket couldn't be used for tea maker because of design fails. Wifi is really slow, and the cleaning service ask for cleaning the room at 9 am, even the check out time still in 12 pm.

Pricing was great, location is amazing, but, there was an issue with the sink leaking in my bathroom. I told the staff about it and was told that maintenance would fix it which never happened. The sheets had a few spots and I was told by the front desk I would get new ones and that never happened. Might I add this was all during my initial check in on day 1. The only reason this place gets 3 stars is because of the location is right by everything, and the staff even though didn't do anything that I ask they were extremely nice. Besides that I would recommend checking somewhere else before booking here.

Great location. Room nice size . Good aircon. Lighting in room could do with being better. Mould in bathroom. Didnt use pool but noice from kids yelling whe in pool late at night is hear in room. Hard to sleep. Staff did nothing to make quieter.

Tempatnya dikeramaian kuta. Kamarnya luas. Cerminnya juga gede. Kamar mandinya agak sempit, baunya krg sedap tp lama kelamaan hilang. Dan nyaman bgt. Yg krg sih jendela menghadap keluar. Parkir sempit. Overall suka sih.
