Really bad service: We bought a flight ticket here (since it was not possible to buy tickets online at Batik within 48 hours of the flight). At the airport, we found out that he booked us on a wrong (too late) flight. As a consequence we had to pay additional ~ 2.6 million IDR at the airport to get on an earlier flight to make our connection in Jakarta.
