  This hotel claim has 3 star, my expectation this hotel like santika (not the premier), amaris, fave, but the reality this hotel not provide 3 star hotel facility. The blanket was not clean, the bathroom was dirty.

  Since this is the only place available during holiday season that have a reasonable price in Tegal, this place is quite good. It's in the middle of the city, you can walk around to find dinner or order it via goFood. However, this hotel condition is not managed well. No shower curtain, rusty shower knob, and crusty mirror. But still tolerable as a transit hotel.

  Overall its good but there are some point poor like AC not cool, Receptionist not friendly, TV too small, electric plug to far from coffe table.

  riez Palace Hotel merupakan salah satu hotel yang berada di pusat Kota Tegal, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Secara fisik hotel ini memiliki bentuk yang sederhana dengan gaya tata ruang dan furnitur hotel gaya lama namun telah dipoles dengan sentuhan masa kini. Ukuran kamarnya dapat dikatakan cukup. Tidak terlalu luas namun juga tidak sempit. Dari sisi kebersihan, hotel ini tergolong hotel yang bersih dan rapi. Resepsionis dan room service juga ramah terhadap para tamu. Menu sarapan paginya juga lezat dan variasinya juga banyak, dengan beberapa jenis masakan khas Kota Tegal.
  Posisinya yang berada di jalur utama Kota Tegal menjadikan hotel ini mudah diakses dengan kendaraan pribadi ataupun angkutan umum. Tempat parkirnya juga lumayan luas, mau di depan bisa, di basement juga masih luas. Tetapi untuk parkir bis pariwisata ukuran besar, parkir di hotel ini kira-kira hanya cukup untuk parkir 4 bis. Hanya saja, posisinya yang di pinggir jalur cepat menjadikan hotel ini jauh dari warung kopi, warung makan, warung kelontong dan sejenisnya. Sehingga ketika Anda ingin membutuhkan sesuatu atau bosan dengan menu yang disediakan hotel, maka Anda harus berjalan agak lumayan jauh untuk mendapatkan toko atau restoran.
  Untuk masalah bugjet, Riez Palace Hotel menawarkan harga yang bersahabat sesuai dengan fasilitas dan lokasinya yang strategis.
