Good taste, nice ambience, and the staff serve in good manners, but There was a time when the staff were yelled and called the people to come inside the restaurant to become customers which I don't think it was a good and appropriate things to do because I feel like I'm in the flea markets where people yelled here and there. Management, please Don't do that anymore, don't ask your staff to yell to the people to come in.

If you go there for the first time, it's quite funny, as there is a whole line of waiters coming to serve you little snacks. You can choose whatever you like, but when you've had your fill, the bill is quite high for Indonesian standards.

The waiters couldn't take orders properly so some of my friends had to get different drinks just to save time. And one waiter forgot to let us know they were out of chicken after 25mins of waiting for the food to come out.
Most importantly one of our dish was spoiled and we couldn't eat at all. The duck was totally rotten to the core. So fermented that it smelled like corpse.
This place was my worst experience in Medan. All waiters and waitress must learn how to wait their tables.response / report this review -
