1. Good service and very friendly staff
2. The sad thing is the resto open at 6 am till 10 am and then 6pm till 10 pm
3. I remebered when the AC in my bedroom is broken they replace my room with the new one

This is the best hotel in town. The room was really good. There is no competition here so this is the best one. Everything is quite good. But if i can compare the price with the same star level in the big city something is lacking here. The food is ok but the variation is bad, so for us indonesian we will find something missing, because this hotel.main menu is not indonesia (like spagheti etc).. Maybe because the customer is dominant from out of indonesia. The pool is good but too small.

First time I entered the hotel, I fell in love with the sweet and cute interior.
The room is clean although the tv channel is limited only for few Int' channel and the breakfast variant is not as many as 4 star hotel usually served, but I definitely like the yoghurt, fried rice, fried chicken 🍗 and I enjoy my stay here.
