The bed and pillow sheet was very dirty. Even I asked to change, it's still dirty.

Place is so so. Can't smoke inside the room but no rooftop or balcony to do it. We were placed right in front of the receptionist. No privacy and the wall is so thin you can hear everything from the inside, viceversa. Not recommended.

Good location but everything else was just awful. Parking space is too narrow, room is very small and not very clean. AC did not work and had to move to another room. TV only has few channels and it kept making crackling noise every now and then. But THE WORST of it all was, there's no elevator while breakfast is on the 4th floor!! Had to carry my baby up the stairs and my elderly parents found it very difficult. Definitely will NOT come back.

For budget stay, this hotel is moderately okay.
Room space is limited but they are quite smart in handling space limitations versus functionalities 👍
Aircons works well, hot shower also.

Cleanliness needs improvement. Room is not clean enough. Towels have seen better days. The white towel is not white anymore and has holes in it.

Shower room is really small, probably as small as the wardrobe.

Check in is an issue here. The front desk is watching TV and look at guests suspiciously until we told him that we are checking in. He asked for reddoorz booking number, check on the computer but then call someone asking which room is available for this guest. Really manual. After we went to our room, he knocked on the door, asking for payment upfront. That's not a problem, then I asked for a receipt. He apparently didn't know how to make a receipt, then he called someone else. Another guy coming and told me that he didn't need a receipt. I politely told him the I paid so I need to get a receipt. He bargain that the payment is now but receipt will be provided tomorrow. These guys need five minutes training on receipt standard operating procedure.
