I like it here, the mechanics work fast & well, only good advice is given a place for the customer to talk directly about complaints to the mechanic without going through CS, because sometimes direct communication to the mechanic is more connected than via CS.

Pelayanan sangat bagus, karyawan ramah ramah. Sayangnya sy nggak bisa keluarin motor buat istri saya hanya dokumen surat keterangan domisili tidak lengkap. Memang surat itu penting tapi istri saya sebagai warga baru belum dapat surat pindah dari tempat asal nya karena belum tau mau tinggal di mana, sy sudah berusaha minta surat keterangan dari kantor istri saya di mana bekerja namun tdk bisa juga fungsikan. Sy tidak bisa berharap banyak krn itu suatu prosedur yg tdk bisa dibijaki. Padahal motor sangat penting buat transportasi buat istri saya. Makasih sy dukung pelayanannya mudah mudahan bisa di tingkatkan lagi. Wassalam.
