Beautiful hotel with nice staff and clean rooms. They have 3 pools, 2 pools at the rooftoo, including the kids pool and the first floor pool is so natural and relaxing. Room and bed is big, bathroom is quite complete. Suite room is like an apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom, 1 big bedroom and 1 small (single bed) bedroom. Location is great, it's on the main road and surrounded by restaurant..

There's nice view on the rooftop at the hotel. You can see view of sunset at the rooftop and with rooftop pool that very cool and cozy

AC didn't cool, it was basically just a fan. ACs are super noisy. Lots of ants in and around the bed (there's literally a trail across the headboard). One of the ceiling lamps was almost falling off. Only stayed one night and will definitely never stay again.

What I like about this hotel is the location. It surrounded by great restaurants and Bali's most famous souvenir store "Krishna".You can just walk from the hotel if you wish to go to those places.

Ok.. where do I start?
The first room we got had a very strong and bad odour every time I'd get in the shower..
The we changed rooms and I felt like they had downgraded us..
And also the breakfast buffet was basically the worst.. the food was bad
The drinks even worse
The omelettes they made was more oil than egg..
But on the brighter side of things the pizza you order at room service was pretty amazing and the staff pretty friendly.

Girls staff are friendly, but the boys at night shift need more attention. How ever the room is have unique design, beautiful and comfort enough. I found the hairdryer is broken in room 5225, the amenities completely different than other 4 star hotel which is without body lotion, the balcony door is bit outline. I love their cabinets and small single sofa. I wanted to give them 5 star but maybe next time when i see the improvement.

Hotel ini terbilang mewah fasilitasnya dengan harga yg bersaing. Menu sarapan kurang dalam hal variasi dan rasa, sarapan pagi di rooftop hotel. Resepsionis kurang ramah. Hotel ini dibawah management ramada perusahaan yang berasal dari china. Lokasi tepat di jln utama sunset road bali. Tamu dominan adalah wisman.

Hotel ambience and service is good but the location is far from the main market. If you are coming by package then this place is good. If you are coming by your own to explore yourself the good location is The One legion in legion road and semiyak road are awesome to enjoy yourself as it is closure to big window shopping, pubs, beach, shopping malls, Indian restaurants etc.

Got a sweet upgrade room for my family. The room is very comfy and cozy. The minus is..just the check in..you can't get an early check in..have to wait a whole three hours till 2 o'clock before i can get a room. But other than that..great experience here..be sure to comeback if we ever get a holiday in bali again

This is a good place for experienced travelers to Southeast Asia, as this is not a Hilton 5 star hotel. The Ramada Sunset is however, an excellent value for the price. Our room was clean, spacious and the hotel offered enough features to make us happy and content. Our price for a 2 bedroom suite was far below what we would have paid back home in Taiwan. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Just be prepared for some niggling issues like low water pressure, quirky AC units, etc. Would we stay here again? Yes. Would we recommend it to others? Yes.

The hotel is a bful construction but hospitality or service is ok-ok. For breakfast its all non veg. Hardly any veg food available. I stayed in the junior suite which was huge. But could find ants in the room.

I waited for over half an hour to get my room key (and they bring my phone inside into their back office). Moreover, the staff asked me to pay again, even after I said it's already paid during online booking.

Had dinner here. Not that fantastic. Breakfast option is not bad.

If only the check in service was good I probably would come back.

Room was okay but some of the furnitures are falling apart. Food was great. Loved the rooftop pools. Quite strategic location since it's on the main road (Sunset Road). One problem is that there is no basement parking area. There is a wide parking area but it's in the back and not very shady. Stayed during Nyepi day btw.

The surrounding area is OK, easily can find many restaurant (food), also a lot of mini mart there, but the service for the hotel itself not so good, as we have to ask everyday for them to clean the room ( no sign board ), we have Junior Suite with leak air con in one of the room, damage switch of the lamp, damage phone line, we also need to ask for towel and tissue,,, though the operator and staff are all so polite and willing to help, so thanks to all,

Pretty much we have a nice holiday in Bali,
