Sudah antri lama dri 1/2 8, sejam lebih. Dipindahkan ke dokter lain, gitu info lebih awal kek Waktuku terbuang percuma Jam 9 baru dikabari. Msih hrus nunggu jam 11

Fairly good medical place
Please don't expect any excellence service bc you won't get any
I give it a 3 star bc of their medical standard and complete doctor specialist

Excellent inpatient and room service. I was impressed with the da'wah every morning through the room speakers. The building and the hospital complex are beautiful and filled with many plants make the atmosphere and fresh air. It supports the healing process. But I am not comfortable with the service in the Emergency Unit. Slow and complicated process for patients who use insurance.

They do provide good service and the parking lot indeed spacious. Their Mosque painted in green either interior and exterior, equipped with good air conditioner, automatic air refreshment, lofty carpet.

Security bagian depan tidak ramah. Waktu jaga tanggal 10 Juli 2017,pukul 20.00 wib. Ditanya Kamar XXX dimana pak, ehh..dijawab sewot "Lurus saja nanti ada teman saya" emang saya temen kamu. Kl dari segi fasilitas..It's OKGood & Recommended

aku dulu mengalami demam berdarah selama 4 hari minggunya dibawah kerumah sakit RSI jemur sari aku dibawa keruang IGD setelah diperiksa di IGD aku mengalami demam berdarah muntah - muntah pusing aku di rawat oleh dokter ninik terima kasih sudah merawatku dengan baik ya

Harus pagi-pagi sekali buat dapat antrian. Walaupun blm buka, kita akan diberi antrian manual oleh satpam. Bisa-bisa sholat subuh harus di Masjid RSI. 😄

IGD service is not good enough. I accompany a patient with accident and open cut wound on the below knee. They let us wait and no body examed. Than they sent for x ray before doing suturing or dressing. for what? To let us pay? In fact, by physical assesment we knew that there was no fracture.
