Utterly horrible service. My elderly family member fell down the slippery stairs here right at the hospital, hospital staff then brought her to emergency care unit, where we had to wait for more than 1,5 hour for the medical specialist to show up (they only had one young emergency doctor there). The nurse keep saying that the orthopaedic surgeon is busy (with consulting patient, not engaged in a surgery) and will come soon, but apparently "soon" mean more than an hour here. It seems that this hospital is understaffed, yet they charge quite a lot of money for their service. Good doctor, bad service.

fairly new hospital in the area. a lot of parking space and quite clean.. 1 less star because staffs not that friendly considering they are working in the hospital.

This hospital is relative a new establishment in Surabaya East. When i visit, it is somewhat empty, very few patient. The building has good design and gives attention to many safety aspects (according to ISO management). The motorcycle parking spot offers a rack to keep helmets, that’s novel.

The parking is very limited and the main gate is somewhat difficult to identify from a distance. The main entrance is also difficult for visitors with disability chair.
The building is large enough as to accommodate many patients but at higher cost as to the local. This is supposedly to be comfortable for the patiences for the premium services. However, as it is located at the corner of the city, many highly specialized doctors may not be keen to visit here.

Kualitas pelayanan yang bagus, sesuai dengan harganya juga sih. Gak bakalan kecewa kalo sampai masuk nih RS,, Tagihan transparan, pelayanan bagus, kamar bersih, toilet bersih (air panas&dingin available)

Saya minggu lalu diopname 3 hari dan terbukti bukan RS yg ngolor2 demi memeras duit pasien (mengingat waktu itu saya di kelas VIP). Suster2nya baik2 bangettt ramah murah senyum perhatian dan meski masih muda2 mereka semua profesional kerjanya.

Can't thank them enough. Good job everyone!
