RM Ulu Juku' sesuai namanya rumah makan ini berasal dari Bahasa Daerah Makassar (Ulu = Kepala dan Juku' = Ikan). Rumah makan Ulu Juku' artinya Rumah Makan yang menu utamanya berasal dari Kepala Ikan. Berbagai olahkan ikan (Ikan Kakap, Ikan Kerapu/Sunu, Ikan Bandeng, Ikan Baronang, Ikan Cepak, dll) yang disajikan di rumah makan ini. Seperti Palumara Ulujuku', Gulai Ulujuku', Goreng Ulujuku', Soup Konro Juku', Sate Juku' Rasa Ayam, Juku' Marica Le'leng dan masih banyak sajian menu lainnya yang dapat dipesan di rumah makan bergaya restoran ini.

Walau rumah makan ini ciri khasnya olahan ikan namun pencinta kuliner tetap bisa mencicipi masakan "Udang", udang bakar, udang goreng tepung - "Cumi", cumi asam manis - "Ayam", ayam goreng anik - Mie goreng seafood, dll.

I am not a seafood lover and this place focus their food on seafood. They only serve one variant of chicken and the time I went there it's ran out. So I decided to try their Fish Satay with Chicken Taste and its taste really like chicken, no fishy flavor or smell at all. This place bigger than you think, they even have their own lift. Better if you make reservation if you come in group so they can prepare your order in advance.

I like sea food then order fried fish and gulai Ulujuku'.
Wow I’m satisfied with the taste. Not just the recipes, I got the comfortable place.
Sure, Ulujuku Restaurant is the best place to consume all various seafood in Makassar. I get more satisfied than the price
So I'll come here again Ulujuku'

I visited Ulu Juku' when I had business in Makassar earlier this month. I enjoyed the menu, especially the fish head soup. The fish satay was also delicious. Unfortunately, I caught cold a day before. So I didn't order iced coconut drink with brown sugar (My colleagues ordered it and it looked delicious haha).

Very interesting food to eat, especially if you're not from the area, the customer service is very good. If you are with a huge crowd or family this is a good place to take them because the provide big tables and big food portions
