Bad ordering food. I have 5 times visiting this place. They write my food order, but they always lost my food order. They said my food order has lost, so they have to make food order once again. I have been waiting for an hour without notice from stewardess. I feel guilty because every i visit this place always bring 1-3 guest from my company. When they know they mistake, they didnt do anything for act being apologize. Even smile for forgiveness sign. What a shame.
