For 5 stars the hotel was dirty, furniture damaged, staff were rude and incompetent, breakfast lacking in quality with their juices watered down. We had to wait for our room to be ready hours after it was supposed to be without apology. After check out we were called because they thought we hadn't given in the room key. The receptionist we gave it to had been in the phone and grunted as he checked us out. Very poor experience. Also tacky Disney music on a loop in the corridors and lifts - enough to make the sanest man go mad.

Lebaran Holiday I went to Labersa pekanbaru. It was nice because the place was comfi and makes you happy. The best place for people that love silent. 😊
