Bad service! Late when delivering the car! And even more late when picking up the car! Bad sevices from mr.putu

Had to wait at the airport for 30 minutes to get the car we rented. And AGAIN we waited for 15 minutes for them to take the car back. Thank God we didn't miss our flight!!!
