Overall the service was satisfactory, except that one of the officers at the registration counter was a bit arrogant and rude.
The service hours are also a bit confusing because by 10 o'clock many puskesmas employees are ready to go home and many are doing activities that shouldn't be done during working hours. For example, shopping for vegetables, gathering and gossiping. It's a shame that such things are allowed to continue and there doesn't seem to be any evaluation and enforcement from above.
Hopefully it will get better soon. Don't just fix the building, but not improve the culture and work ethic.
