The medical staff is not friendly, the rest is too much (2 hours) and no picket doctor is on standby the period for submitting a referral extension only has to wait for the doctor while the doctor takes lunch and rest until he almost waits for the hour go home because there are many patients while the people waiting are told to come tomorrow ask the head of the Medan City and North Sumatra Province health office to change the performance and behavior of staff / staff who seek treatment .. thank you for your cooperation

Kali pertama sejak hampir 10 tahun perlu ke puskesmas.
Tadinya rencana ingin ambil rujukan untuk periksa gigi ke rumah sakit.
Kebetulan ada poli gigi juga di puskesmas ini dan dokternya standby.
Ya sekalian aja periksa di poli gigi krn udh sakit banget gigi nih dan perlu obat pereda sakit. Dapat obat dan disarankan cabut gigi 3 hari kemudian.
Pelayanan cepat gk nunggu lama demikian pula saat ambil obat.
Semoga pelayanan yg baik dipertahankan bahkan ditingkatkan.
