was a great place!!! the hotel is stunning and has everything you need (and more..)
the restaurant is amazing (would go for dinner or drink early and enjoy the sunset) amd for breakfast you can order whatever you want. the staff is super friendly!! they help you with everything (order taxi, book a tour o motorbike etc.) the pool is also amazing just if you are under 1.60 you have to swim the whole time haha.
one small point i didnt like was that the vendors were standing at all the stairs to the beach or on the wall next to the pool and try to get your attention and if you say no thanks they'll still try for another 10 minutes and show you more dresses etc. (not all of them but i saw 1 or 2.)
all in all a perfect hotel for a great holiday

Amazing place and amazing staff. The pool villas were beautiful and offered a good amount of privacy. The main pool has an amazing infinity pool overlooking mount agung. Views don't get much better. The staff at the pool bar were all fantastic and so nice to chat with and learn about Bali and the Piri Mas. Wish we could have stayed longer

The staff and there service are really fantastic. The hotel and garden is beautifull, nice music and dance evenings. We come here now for twenty years this year and every year two months, February and October.
I experienced that Purimas is working hard to optimise there Wi-Fi system special for there customers.
Also they are the first hotel on Iombok probably all Indonesia to adapt a safety program for there customers, to start with making slippery free there bathrooms. In order to realize that they ask the company SAFETY FIRST which are very specialised and certificated to that matter to bring out an offer.

The hotel room is very clean, comfortable bed, and the shower has a good pressure. However, we noticed a smell coming from the water in the bathroom but after letting the water run for a few minutes, the smell disappears. The TV is by request so you can ask it the moment you check in. The food are delicious! 😋

Main issue with being in Room 11 is the noise from the road behind.

Stayed one night at the Puri Mas but its not enough.
The resort is well maintained, everything is perfect and love it so much.
Staff is friendly and service is good.
Resort located near the beach and the sunset view is amazing.
The infinity pool is so cool.
Not to forget their spa massage, its very relaxing.
Thank you so much for the room upgrade!

The beach is beautiful, although the drinking water was warm. Staff were very friendly and the hotel restaurant was amazing, as was the buffet breakfast.
Wifi was extremely slow though, and there was not much to do when it rained.

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, immaculately maintained gardens and buildings, first class Spa and therapists and amazing collectables in Joglo Museum. Ballroom Restaurant and Spa Restaurant have such good food and value for money that there is no need to eat elsewhere. Our only regret is having to leave this piece of Paradise but with a promise to return and share with friends and family.

We spend 3 UNFORGETTABLE days at this magnificent resorts and I could not recommend it enough. From the driver that picked us up from the airport to the owner, Marcel, EVERYONE made an over and above the required effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The villa, pool and restaurant in the Beach resort were excellent. As for the Spa Resort I can only describe as magical.
It really made the holiday a memorable experience and we would love to be able to go there again.
One of the most surprising things was the reasonable pricing and the excellence of all the services. 110%

Amazingly beautiful. Greenery all around, peaceful, nice clean beach. staff very cordial and accomodating. Went out of their way to serve vegetarian Indian food for us (we informed in advance). A bit overprized. Excellent spa services.
