Nice lounge within the airport, plenty of seating but limited food. You'll usually get noodles, rice, soup, fried spring rolls, some cakes and fruits. Nothing fanciful but sufficient as a simple meal.
WiFi is dodgy though, sometimes you can connect, other times you get no Internet even though you're connected.
Small toilets and I believe you can take a quick shower as well.
Would be great if they can improve on WiFi service.report this review -

Dirty restrooms. Nothing interesting to eat or drink. computer corner. smoking lounge inside. narrow walkways too many couches inside. Really is this what my airlines me?

Poor quality and selection of food. To give an example, Fried rice is laden with msg- taste much like Indomie mee goreng instant noodle. Poor wifi connection, could not get connected. Looks a bit run down. Seats are comfortable with some two pin power sockets available for charging every few chairs

Dark and cramped. Served vegetarian fried rice and some stale sandwiches. Doesn't even want to stock canned coke. You'll be better off buying a drink from Circles K and sit outside

Sad looking food. The Premier Lounge literally next door has better food and drink options and usually way less crowded. No beer before 6pm. No fresh fruits. Very few charging points which is a must for lounges. Not sure what they're aiming at here but it's very lacking in pretty much anything.

The food they served were not appetizing.
Assuming that you want to have better place for waiting, the next door lounge has improved facilities. The good points of this place are next to prayer room and has decent shower room.report this review -

Most disgusting lounge I've ever seen. Food looked horrid, seats looked dirty, poor lighting, nowhere to plug in your phone or laptop, and over crowded. I walked out after about 2 minutes of looking at this lounge. Thank goodness I have Priority Pass to go to the Premiere Lounge next door; way better!

On entering 2/3 of the tables cluttered with leftovers from departed guests. WiFi terrible. Quality of the food is very, very bad.
People who use this lounge are usually frequent flyers of at least Gold status (50 flights a year) its a disgrace that their rewards for airline loyalty places them in such a poor environmentreport this review -

Stuffy and crowded most of the time. Internet doesn't work (has it ever worked?). Food is alright. I find the public waiting area near the gates a lot nicer.

I spent my time before flight on Sunday morning. The food option is very limited. Quality is so-so. Pretty warn inside the lounge. Beer only available after 6pm

Quality of the food is bad Ask for beer after a long day, told to purchace at duty free Two waiter in the lounge, not replenishing the buffet section and cleaning up used plates, just standing right behind chit chat n stare at patrons all the time. I hope airlines shud just provide vouchers that we can redeem at airports restaurants or cafes

The most uncomfortable lounge I've ever been in. Lots of uncomfortable seats crammed together. No room for roll aboard without clogging aisles. Will prepare you for traveling in economy class. Will be glad when all international flights move to Terminal 3.

Hotter than the main airport, way too many people crammed in. The tables that were free all had rubbish on them. I walked out and ate in the circle k nearby. One of the worst lounges I have been in. May have been a bad time of day, Saturday lunch time.

plenty of seats, smoking room is clean, but no heavy food, mostly snacks, coffee quality not good, receptionist no greeting / no smile, waiters are good (smile and greet you), not really a proper first / business class lounge, need improvement.

OK in the early morning. Probably the worst of the lounges I have ever been to. The Premiere lounge next door is not much better. There are no alcoholic beverages served at the Pura Indah Lounge.

Poor lounge: hot and stuffy (even though I get cold easily, here the air-con is way insufficient), WiFi didn't seem to work, couldn't find alcohol and no plug to charge your equipment.

Decent enough for a short rest. Can get crowded and warm. Food is ok and sufficient just don't expect too much. As its a lounge typical for frequent flyers, business travellers and others that may pay, practice common courtesy and behave. Wifi is good as long you don't hide yourself at the left wing where the toilet were (though more privacy that end)
