Historically a heritage hotel (circa 1928), Puncak Pass Resort has been undergoing carefully planned renovation and extension since 1975 carried out without disturbing the existing superb balance of naturally open and built spaces to preserve the luxury of privacy much enjoyed by the staying guests.

This is my aunt's favorite hotel since years in Puncak area. I never thought that this place would be much better than i thought. The hotel is suitable for family gateway. This is an oldies but the service was very good. My family held a private wedding here and it run very well. The staffs were very helpful during the event. If only the access to get there is more convenient, maybe i will regularly stay there for the weekend. I understand that this resort is divided into 2 category: building and bungalow. So if the guests need something from the room service or housekeeping, it took a little while especially if it's raining but you cannot let the guest wait for a long time and blame it on the rain. Once i asked for a bath towel which hasn't been provided in the room when i checked in, and i have to call the hotel 3 times until the towel was given. I was a little bit upset because i was in hurry and i did called them 30 minutes before the rain. one more thing, please pay more attention on breakfast during high season or if there is a group coming. we have to wait for the foods to be restock which is not good. other than that was good. The staff on egg station did a good job by making scrambled egg fit to my request.

Legendary place for enjoying outdoor out from hustle and bustle of big city. Enjoy cool breeze on the tea plantation. Enjoy satay kambing, hot tea or coffee and other sundanese cuisines.

Loved this place since i was 5yo. It was colder 30yrs back. But now its quite a crowded weekend destination for most Jakarta residence.
