Way too small of a lounge for so many airlines. Limited selections of food. Utensils and glass cups aren’t refilled quick enough.. had to repeatedly ask the staff for forks, spoons and cups.

I’ll give two stars for the staff being helpful and courteous. I ordered a pasta from the pasta station. I was told to come back in 5 minutes since there was a queue. But before 5 minutes were up, a waiter brought over the pasta to my table in the outdoor seating area.

It’s rare that an airport lounge can leave you looking forward to your jet star economy seat. If they’d turned on the air-conditioning it could have been a two star experience!

Not worth visiting. Horrible food. Hot and stuffy with broken Air Conditioning. Drinks were not cold and slow WiFi.

Possibly the worst lounge I have been to and I’ve been to many. Knackered sears and manky food and poor internet.

To summarise this place in bullet points:

    - For anyone on an airline alliance (Oneworld,Skyteam,Star Alliance) its worth noting this is an independant lounge and they will not accept you, i have been turned away when i was Qantas Platinum and flying Jetstar (Owned by Qantas)

    - It Advertises 5 Wi-Fi points (+ 1 5GHz point)
only one shows up, its unstable and up/down is 0.38Mbps, cant even properly browse on it.

    - Food looks Anemic and tastes bland, breaded items are dry and for some reason the coconut milk for the black rice pudding was extremely salty.
Food was also barely warm, a health concern.

    - Drinks are limited, coffee machine with beans, quava and orange juice, soft drink cans and bali hai beer (2 drink maximum for beer)

    - TV's do not work, so you cannot view important flight information in the lounge and they seem to not do announcements.

    - Bathroom was okay, has a shower, toilets with a weak flush (i entered a toilet to find fecal matter in it) and most of the finishings are dodgy, broken coat hangers, dispensers with missing buttons, toilet seat wasnt secured.

    - Did see a few bugs flying around, and heard people mentioning cockroaches around the buffet area.

This is the first time i used this lounge and the last.

The money i spent on upgrading my plane ticket to access the lounge would have been better spent in a restaraunt in the airport, i could have had better Wi-Fi, Food, Drinks, Coffee, Seats and left with left over money.

Anyone who has given 2 stars has been very generous. This is a poster child of a lounge FAIL. Hot and humid, as if air-conditioning doesn't exist. Full beyond capacity with people constantly being let in and milling around complaining that they can't find seats. Mediocre food, with warm drinks that are supposedly chilled. The one star is for the nice and patient staff, the only redeeming quality of this abortion of an airport lounge.

Staff was rude, didn't honor American Express Platinum membership that has Priority Pass access. Super unhelpful then just let an extreme rude and pushy customer cut to the front of the line.

Pretty bad food selection and what's there is pretty poor quality. Internet constantly drops out. At least a comfortable chair and warm cup of tea to pass the time.

This is one of the worst airport lounges I have visited.

The first thing that hits you as you walk in is the foul smell emanating from the bar/ kitchen. The food was tolerable but after a thought on where it was coming from I was quickly put off. The 'bar' serves wine, vodka, rum and beer and the fridges that hold the soft drinks were in need of a clean and not cold.

The toilets smelt strongly of antiseptic, I wonder what other odors they are trying to hide.

After spending 15 minutes in this lounge we decided it wasn't worth staying and moved down into the terminal.

I am surprised that Cathay Pacific partners with this lounge as it is not to the standards of the many others I have been to.

Unable to connect to WiFi. Pretty lame buffet (no real meat dishes to speak of). Drinks from the fridge aren't very cold. Seating is comfortable but the lounge is crowded so it's not always easy to find a seat

I've been visiting this lounge several times. Wifi is either not working or slow / unusable. Other travelers complained about this too. I believe that a decent Internet connection should be standard today.

Nice decor, ok food, and friendly staff but there is literally water dripping from a hole in the ceiling that's obviously been there a long time and no one cares. You can see the Wi-Fi but no one seems to be able to actually connect, so you're stuck with the free airport Wi-Fi, which is basically dialup speed. It's better than waiting at the gate if you get in "free" with a premium ticket or Priority Pass but not worth a day pass if you have to pay.

It was the first time I've been to this lounge and even though I had no high expectations the overall experience was quite underwhelming. The staff at the entrance greet you with a big smile but inside everyone is grumpy and there's no sign of the so famous Bali hospitality. Cleanliness of the toilets is so-so but the seats in the lounge area have marks of drinks spoiled over them and I think they haven't been cleaned for over a year at least. It doesn't take much time and effort to get a carpet cleaner or hire a professional cleaning company to get it done overnight. Food was OK, that's the only reason why it's not 0 or 1 stars. To write something positive in the end: the cakes were nice.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The only reason I stayed was because my flight was delayed six hours overnight and nothing else was open. I cannot believe Chase Sapphire Reserve chose this lounge as a partner. I will be notifying them about my experience.

The decor is beyond dated but probably the most tolerable part of this place. There is an odor that you cannot place, likely from the mix of fish sauce, fried foods, cigarette smoke, antibacterial spray, and whatever else people spill everywhere. Almost all of the seats have dark, obvious stains on them. The multiple wifi networks don't work and the staff repeatedly told me to try again, even though nothing changed/they didn't restart or reset the router. The food sits there for hours on end (I was there for four). The dishes were dirty. The showers were foul, with mold growing inside, and the shower floor mats were used and wet. The ac units were water stained and moldy and there was a hole in the ceiling next to one. Employees were sleeping on the job. Need I go on? Do not come here unless you want all of the above.

Pretty spacious but also crowded lounge.
The food bar was nice and could be considered a semi-buffet because it offered hot dishes, soups, sweets and desserts, fruits, and drinks.
There's a small bar (not actually a bar) that will serve you a dish of the day. When I was here it was a fish ball soup noodle. It was quite nice.

Wifi was hard to connect, probably due to the crowd. Outlets easily available.

There is a shower in the mensroom, but just one. Didn't use it so don't know if towels are provided.

The seats are visibly disgusting and in need of some serious replacement. They honestly need to replace every seat in this lounge because it's a struggle to find one even close to tolerable because you can see the stains on them.

The food and drink options are just okay, but I was here for the breakfast hours so maybe it gets better for lunch or dinner.

Definitely not worth the price unless you have unlimited lounge access through an airline or service provider
