One of the best, if not the best, yoga place in Bandung. If you want to be ambitious about your goal to achieve those elusive poses, this place might be the one for you.

That said, I think this place is pretty friendly for beginners, as the teachers are very capable of adjusting the lessons to whoever present. Don't forget to check the schedules for beginner classes though, if you want to be sure.

For more experienced yogis, this place will push you beyond your normal limit. If you are determined, patient, and diligent enough, I believe you will be satisfied with the result that you get after a few months in (Hey, nothing is that instant)

Come here if you want to learn yoga
