I ordered beef rendang. Unfortunately the beef was so tough as to be inedible. I've never had meat so tough in all of my life. I couldn't eat any of the meat. The source was very nice in fairness. I also had a ginger tea which had had so much sugar added to it that it was impossible to drink. It made coca cola seem savoury. Overall a little disappointed unfortunately.

The place itself is nice with a great view over the lake. The food however took ages to come, the rice was underdone and still quite hard and the food in general was average. Price was in tune with the other restaurants around it and not cheap but not pricey either. They do have a nice selection of books.

Delicious food with the loveliest owners ever!! They are super-nice, caring, smiley people and you feel their love also in the food they prepared. :)
The place is right at the lake, so has a beautiful view.
My favourite was their chicken avocado sandwich. It's not on the menu (yet), but they will prepare if you ask. Pancakes are great too and the size is big!response / report this review -

Cool place!
You get to view Toba directly from this restaurant. The owners are very friendly, especially the lady.
They serves delicious foods with reasonable price (pretty cheap I have to say).
The only thing to mind for is it takes quite some time for them to prepare food as each meal is freshly cooked (it is worth the wait!)response / report this review -

정말 친절한 주인 내외가 있는 식당입니다. 생선 요리를 특히 잘해요! 뚝뚝 전체가 그렇듯이, 서빙되기까지 시간은 무척 오래 걸립니다.

Nice view that looks out directly to the lake at a very reasonable price. Very simple furniture and security for the rooms. Has a nice food area that serves good food.
