Lovely cabin close to the river and at walking distance from the rice terrasses. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel but like many places they should know not to charge you 3% charge on your credit card payment. Such a charge is forbidden by the card company and the Central Bank of Indonesia.

The view from the room we had on top of the main building was amazing! It was cloudy, so we couldn't see the mountain, but the view of the hills was still breathtaking. The cabin had two chairs outside to sit and admire the view. It's by a road, but there isn't much traffic in the evening, so it is quite peaceful. Our room and bathroom were clean and the shower had hot water. The guy who checked us in was young but very kind and helpful.
The Wifi signal was a little weak in the room we were in. The free breakfast included with our reservation several options, but it was either a protein or carbohydrate, but not both together. You'll also need a car or transport if you stay here. There's nothing in walking distance.response / report this review -

Avoid, avoid, avoid! they cancel the booking at my arrival and dumped us in a room of a cheaper place near by.

The front office not friendly as they still young and not enught experiance in hospitality, but when they know you will stay with them, they will give you a little smile. But they need you book directly to them not from Online for 350.000 include breakfast. Otherwise you will given bad service by them. As you know if you book from the Online you will find cheeper the book from direct to them and if you still book from the online, you will not find your room as took in the photos.

We arrived in this place with great expectations, seen the pictures and the price of the rooms. We were strongly disappointed by reality, since the only nice thing of the place is the location: the rooms are very badly kept, the toilet was broken (we were asked to use the flush by operating a tub behind the filthy toilet!!!), full of insects and dirty. We were given a blanket that was wet, stinky and kept in a cabinet under the monsoon that was eaten by unknown animals. Internet didn’t work at all and the only thing the staff was interested in was to sell us overpriced excursions in the area. When we asked to meet the manager to handle the situation, we were put in contact with the rudest person in Bali, who treated us with no respect whatsoever. When we tried to resolve the matter, he was completely uncompromising and the staff became physically aggressive when we decided to leave the matter to Booking. We had to give up our three day stay in the mountains since we were forced to leave in a rush, frustrated, ungry and unable to find a different accommodation due to the lack of internet. Don’t go.

Amazing scenery over the volcano, the cottages are above the river and there is irrigation canal goes through the property and you will hear the sound of water the entire time. The place has beautiful garden and a small swimming pool overlooking the river. A great place to stay to enjoy fabulous scenery around.

I wan to drop my customer to this place, following map gps direction i can't reach there with my car . Beacause the brige break down, access to this place only with foot walk or adrenaline scooter. as the driver in seminyak i hope goverment can fix the brige as soon as possible. So every one can travel this area safety with car.
