  Queue card is not clear, many numbers are reversed, come first, the latter get the number earlier. Paying staff 2 men use the local language and chat loudly / noisy in the office. Service admin staff sometimes only 1 counter, Jutek and Slow. If there is a need, you should call Telkom Pusat directly or use a mobile application.

  Every month the internet network interference disappears even though the signal is full. I just lost the internet because "the technician fixed the wifi, my neighbor had a real neighbor, mine, even though I didn't bother with the internet at first, every time I complained about a disturbance problem, I was contacted here and there, it was not done, badly disappointed the pay was never late but the service was lacking 😕
