  We can't contact 24 hours hotline, even during workhours. As if no one in their office are willing to answer the complains.

  Meteran saya bocor sudah laporan berulangkali sekalinya datang bukan bagiannya gimana???? tolong dong pdam klo tagihan saya melonjak apa mau pdam memberi keringanan?? Tolong ditangani segera ..laporan saya atas nama suryana laporan sejak tgl 28 juli 2016 tolong didatangkan petugas segera
