They like to make things more difficult, why it has to be difficult when there is easy way. Why we have to go there again and again just for simple process
They have a dress code , which requires you to wear long pants until ankles (even for men) yet they don't provide sarong.
Staff are friendly and informative. You get free snack and coffee and water. Spent only 2 hours to renew passport (7.15 to 9.15) and no queue for collect the passport 3 days later if you come later in the day (past 1 pm)
There are inconsistencies between written rules and rules in practice. At least they have organized queue and provide free coffee.
No calo, which is good. And everybody just wait in line to be processed.. i guess its alrite. Waiting room,,, not to big, but its air conditioning,,,
Online system is no longer in use. Service is taking so long time, especially when you came above 8 o'clock. If you come after 8.30, mostly you cannot be served on that day since the queuing already full.
Clean, cozy, good services and no additional fee. I recommend this place to make your passport. Public toilets is clean. Available free water, coffee, tea and snack.
