Good shisha. Relaxed vibe. Food is reasonably priced and tastes good. Recommended to come in late hours. Owner is extremely friendly.

Food is disgusting. I ordered the fish and chips. Batter on the fish was soggy and the chips tasted like the oil hasn't been changed in a while.
The shisha is average and service is good.

Try this place for something different . But don't expect the same quality as you would in other counties. I do recommend this restaurant to break Te routine but go with no expectations .. if you do however get salty dry chicken stand up straight away and tell them and don't pay for it.. that's the only way to resolve the situation .. no point whinging about it on a review

The problem with this sort of Restaurant is 3fold:

1. High rent
2. Disproportionately high cost of quality ingredients
3. Lack of adequate management and experience

this goes for pretty much most restaurants competing for a limited tourist dollar in a tourist trap similar to Bali.

Is the food exceptional? No. Is it bad ? No.

The food is edible and it's different to give you a change of pace .

The important question however is can they do better with local ingredients ? And the answer to that is YES! So why don't they? Well I put that down to the same reasons not everyone from Iran who knows what a kebab tastes like should think themselves a chef and open a restaurant but hey I guess we all have to earn a living somehow
as for me I went there once and once was enough for me . If I miss the Taste of middle eastern food in Indonesia I'd rather eat Yemeni food (tons of good quality Yemeni restaurants in east Java ) and when back home eat my gut full of Persian feast of proper and well thought out recipes .
I do give them 5 stars for sticking it out and trying and put the blame of bad food on people who pay for it and don't complain right there and then .

The Shisha I had however was better than Average

was doing the shisha here yesterday, taste and price are great, the staff is super friendly and they really want you to have a good time.
The Manager even speaks a little dutch.
Highly recommend this place to people.
definitely seeing me here more often !

Excellent atmosphere. Clean modern restaurant with extremely friendly staff. Gusti welcomed us each time we visited and was a delight to speak to. His napkin flowers were a delight for the children that were getting bored while thier parents ate. The food was both well priced and tasty. Good selection of Indonesian, Persian and Western menu options. An excellent choice for those wanting to venture away from thier hotels without sacrificing on quality. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys good company and great food.

Service is so slow , soup was very salty and persian food (kebab, etc.) is much more expensive than even in Sydney($12 for normal 2 skewers kobideh in Sidney).

Not recommended if you're looking for a decent persian food.

Being persian I was excited to visit this resturant. I must say I have travelled extensively & the barg kebab here is the worst you will find anywhere in the world. It's a horrible piece of meat & undercooked to the point that it's uneatable. I ordered the Koobideh & barg & left all the supposed lamb fillet on the plate. I explained my disgust with the waitresses there. The persian bread was absolute garbage also one bite & did not touch the rest. Do yourself a favour if you wish to enjoy persian cousine , try it anywhere else in the world but here. I'm from Australia & I can assure you this is not how it's supposed to taste. The rice does not have a spec of saffron, generally persian rice ordered from resturants arrives with the aroma of saffron. This rice is cheap quality. I do not recommend the persian dishes here to anyone & sure as hell would not feed the meat to my dog back at home, your resturant is an embarrasement to persian cousine.

A couple months ago i went to this restaurant and have a grilled chicken. It's have to be a good dinner. But, it's not exactly what i want and expect. The chicken was so dry and salty. They change the food once, but it's come same as before. They don't charge me. But, what i don't like the chef was denied. I don't know what's wrong in their taste buds. Later on, i talk to one chef 5 star hotel nearby. They were do same research as me. The result was same. I think the resataurant should be put in to kitchen nightmare show by Gordon Ramsay. The case : food was awful, chef was denied. Have you ever know, if A restaurant can't be critism with other people, they are not a proper restaurant. Luckyly, this restaurant open in Bali. They are thinking not about the local. So, it doesn't matter if the customer don't comeback again for the second time. Coz, it's all for tourist market. But, if you are open the business like this in jakarta!! Bet me, in 1 years you will close it. Especially, if you are open it in kelapa gading, PIK, or pluit. Where a lot chinese people likes to eat, with their high quality standard food.
