If you'd like travelling to Western or Eastern West Java area (Tasikmalaya, Garut, Sumedang, Bandung, Sukabumi, Bogor, Merak) and Jakarta you may take buses from here. Many options since this terminal works as transit terminal. The place is a little bit dirty and smelly. However the local cafe owners are nice.

Pemda perlu meningkatkan fasilitas pelayanan publik. Mushola dan wc kurang memadai.
