This is a nice pet market for locals and I enjoy it but if your a tourist you may feel sad when going here. The different types of animals in cages monkeys owls etc is very sad. They also have coloured chick's which isn't great as I can only imagine what they do to get them that colour. But I live the puppy selling section across the road. I can't not go to that part everytime and everytime i have walked away with a puppy.

This is a pet market that seems to have a lot of birds for sale. It was clean and interesting and goes all day. There were all sorts of animals for sale. There are two streets that form this market.

"Life begins at the end of your comfortzone."
Yesterday I hit the end of my comfortzone. I crashed it. I realized travelling and life isn't always nice and pretty. I was on Pasar Burung Satria in Denpasar, Bali - "the last real paradise" said a slogan at the airport. I'm wondering a paradise for whom? Definitely not for the poor creatures who are sitting in cages at these market.
Be aware of going there!! Don't buy an animal there, it will be replaced in a second and the business will go on.

Just another market around Denpasar. More into animals selling. Its famous for its birds trading. Nothing really special.
