Nothing much to do here. But still a decent choice if you want to go to a cinema, and play arcades with more affordable prices! (Their TimeZone have good arcade machines and abit lower price than the ones in other shopping malls)

There's no long queue on the XXI cinema. Anang Karaoke room was very affordable and fun afterwards. Huge parking lot, but lack of food stalls.

Main reason people come here is to go to the cinema. It's only a small mall and it's good because everything's within reach. The downside is that on peak hours it's hard to find parking spot. The place is clean. No supermarket.

Small mall with only few stores. There is a Starbucks at ground level and a small XXI cinema on the top floor. There is a food court but with very little options, no fast-food or big name restaurant. Place is very clean and well maintained though.

A petite mall right just outside tourist attraction area. Limited dining options after eat and eat closed down for "renovation" but I like the quiet ambience. Has Starbucks and XXI for work and entertainment spot.
There are also lots of sale from the merchants in the mall and sometime there are food trucks about a week each month in the pickup/dropoff arearesponse / report this review -

The building is pretty good. Good place to do a bit shopping, though, not much varieties offered. There are XXI Cinema and Anang Karaoke which are added values for alternative activities instead of only shopping.

Considering it's under the same management with the Beach Walk, it's a failure. The car park is quite confusing, the front stairs is pretty steep. Many empty spaces, the food court is closed down already. Luckily the ladies room were spotless, that's where all the stars for.

This mall is dying, food court was gone for good, the third floor eatery area also gone, but quite good for hang out bcoz it was not too crowd.. And also they have Cinema with cheap price..

Very badly designed shopping centre! Been there 3 times on my bike and there were no parking spaces. For bikes the parking is around the side of the shopping centre and very badly designed and organized. The one and only time i got parked, the parking guy asked me for Rp20k, when i heard him asking a local for 2k. The security staff are rude and no help at all. They basically stand there, do nothing and be rude when you ask them for something. I will not be going here again. Waste of time and space, and the designer should shoot himself!!!!

The mall is dying. The massive second floor food court is all shut down. The third floor eateries are gone as well. Even the foot traffic from the cinema and water park can't keep the stores open. Most are closing or closed.
The empty mall makes coming for the movies more appealing though.response / report this review -

Its ok. Good for movie. Probably the cheapest in Bali. Some good shops, but several are closing. The food court is good and often empty. Parking can be tough sometime. Water boom park is just next door.

Great cinema but no place to seat after shopping arround unless you seat in food court. The free WiFi is timed and so many Kiosks vacant but great for those love the less crowded mall

Always come by for watching movies at Cinema xxi --because they offer the cheapest price in town (if i'm not mistaken). They also have Starbucks. The mall's restrooms are clean.

The mall isn't quite complete but has a range of shops. The eatery here is nice, but we go for the playland upstairs. It's like timezone in aus but much cheaper and loads of fun. They also have a kids soft play area which entertained our kids for 3 hours. Has a starbucks and free wifi.

This mall is not like a truly mall. Because they don't have an optic! And the food court is not recommended at all. Better you go to other shopping mall in front of kuta beach because they are more big.

Even though there are already 3 different malls nearby, the developers think it's not enough. The result? It's pretty much empty. I personally dont really come here often except for movies and when i dont want to become tangled too much into the crazy kuta traffic
