This is the head office of Panorama Tours. The building is huge (compared to other travel office) and located on the left side of Tomang Raya flyover. Here, you can book tickets, tours, hotels, etc. Just go left after you enter the building. The customer services are helpful and nice. While waiting, you can also enjoy coffee because there is also a cafe named Kaffein there. I suggest you to go there by public transport (online ojek or taxi) though since the parking lot is quite full and the traffic is not that friendly.

This travel agent makes your traveling like nightmare, doesn't help at all, when you need flight ticket in time (booked and issued before 11.30 for flight 13.10), the agent notified very long time that my booking was canceled and I already at airport (around 12.20)
