Very dirty, water is green and stinky. Verypoor maintenance, changing room is flooded and very dirty. Not recomended at all.

I would never recommend this pool to family or friends. the water is green, dirty and itchy. The changing rooms or dressing rooms are only available 3, and all dirty.
Ticket price is more cheaper if you buy in lakupon. com. Week-end is only IDR 40K. But, before buying, please consider my advice, better find another pool. even here, in the wave pool you can not see your feet, because the water is very green and dirty.

We bought a vouchers for group and its looks clean and entertaining to go. Unbelievable actual condition of the pool its so disguised. Poor maintenance, the slide doesn’t working, kids pool have lots of unknown bubble. I suggest you all to not go there, ruin you day for sure.

Ughh.. where can I start? The ticket costs ok.. but you can't bring OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK.. like what..? And, the water is bad quality plus you have to PAY for the floats that you use in the rides. The rides aren't great, boring in fact. Oh, and if you're going to play when the wave pool starts, try to stay near the edge of the pool when bringing little children, bcus the current is very strong and may lead into drowning or suffocating due to the water or getting smushed by the floaties. 😫😫

Palm Bay Water Park, sorry to say it's not worth it from the first time they open, the ticket price, the service, the ambience, the water cleanliness.
1. You can not bring any food & drinks from outside, the palm bay provide an average meal with the price of a buffet (so F#@* expensive).
2. The maintenance of the water OMG is terrible.
3. The safeguard, they have to be told some manners how to treat a customers.
4. The locker, you have to pay everytime you open (thats a rip-off)
5. The ticket enterance, the first time they open Rp.150.000,- WTF absolutely no one came to visit. Now They drop the ticket price to Rp. 25.000,- hahaha.

Great waterpark a a fraction of the cost of WaterBOM in PIK. Be aware of some of the steps, as they seem to be rusting quite quickly.

Overall, a fun, colorful place to be, but you have to pay every time you open your locker (token system, not key).
