  Power goes out too often without notice .. 2 days in a row, with a very long duration. Very unprofessional service. We are consumers, we must pay on time. But service is very minus ..

  Pelayanan sejauh ini cukup baik untuk tingkat desa dan kecamatan. Namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan sebagai bahan perbaikan :
  
  1. Untuk pemadaman, dimohon melakukan pemberitahuan dan usahakan komitmen, misalkan sehari sebelum pemadaman.
  2. Daya listrik terkadang naik turun, mohon adakan evaluasi mengenai hal ini. Karena alat - alat elektronik maupun mesin - mesin berbasis listrik sangat rentan akan hal ini, akibatnya alat - alat tersebut gampang rusak.
  3. Mohon adakan promo berkala untuk menaikkan daya, karena biayanya dinilai terlalu mahal.
